Strawberry Festival
Please join us for a "berry" good time at the annual Habitat-Ocala Strawberry Festival occurring on the first Saturday in March. This event provides OUR visitors a family fun atmosphere with vendors, games, rides, bounce houses, car show, pie eating contest, entertainment and lots of strawberries.
We appreciate your support to Habitat for Humanity of Marion County and the Habitat Ocala Strawberry Festival - we are excited that you want to become a vendor for the upcoming event. Come be apart of a unique event and experience a festival like no other.
If you would like to register as a vendor but unsure if you will be approved, you can send Joanne Black,Development Director an email at jblack@habitatocala.org with the items you would like to sell, she will respond as soon as possible so you can register for the event.
Habitat wants all vendors to do well therefore there is a limited number of vendors selling the same products permitted at the event.
Vendor spaces will not be assigned until application fees are paid in full.
Booth Selection
Vendor Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Vendors must provide tent, table, chairs, electrical cords, ect.
Corner spaces, electricity, booth decorating contest and meal deals are optional with additional fees. Register for the festival as soon as possible to hold your vendor space as they sell fast. Deadline to register is January 15, 2023 - no refunds, all funds will be considered a donation to the organization.
Rules & Regulations are online at www.habitatocala.org/strawberry-festival - please make sure you read and understand the rules before registering. Vendor spaces are 12x12 on grassy areas - vendors must provide their own tent, table and chairs. Majority of the vendor spaces are in direct sunlight, only a few vendor spaces in Row O & P have tree coverage.

Corner Spaces - there is a limited number of corner spaces available.
Electricity - Electricity is only available on Row A, B25 & B26 and Row S13 & S35
Meal Deals - Meal Deals are offered to vendors at a discounted rate - you will receive a sandwich (your choice), drink (your choice), chips, dessert and delivered to your booth between 1130-1230. You cannot purchase meal deal tickets on Friday or Saturday.
Booth Decorating Contest - Booth Decorating contest, a $5.00 entry fee. Decorate your booth in a strawberry theme or RED and hang your entry number from your booth. At 8:30 am, Judges will judge each booth, and take photos. Scores calculated and winners will be announced. Prizes and Certificates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Runner Up. Let your imagination run wild, have fun and keep the theme of strawberry or the color RED throughout the event.
First Place- Free vendor space for the following year & bragging rights Second Place- $20 worth of gift cards & bragging rights. Third Place- $15 worth of gift cards & bragging rights Runner Up- $10 worth of gift cards & bragging rights. All winners will be posted on our website and social media sites
Online fee - there will be a $3.00 online fee to cover all credit card or PayPal expenses.
Check - complete form online, select pay by check, and mail check - you may deduct the $3.00 online fee from the total - vendors will not be assigned a vendor space until paid in full.
