Understanding Legal Aspects of Bidding and Bidding Conventions 

This workshop will focus on increasing the chances of a successful bid. We’ll cover estimating, bidding and presentation elements to prime contractors. Also addressed are legal basics for the construction industry and the importance of clearly defined and understood contract terms. We will cover the mechanic’s lien process in detail.
