Salesperson 40 hour Pre-licensure Class

Real Estate Fundamentals and preparation for the Michigan real estate salesperson’s licensing exam. Featuring Our New “Student Success Kit” that includes many extras to help you pass the state exam and to help you get started in your new career. This course is approved by the State of Michigan and is offered in a week long 5 day format. Requires no previous knowledge of real estate, students need to bring a simple calculator.
