Jeff has been with Prestige since 2003, and has been involved in learning & development for almost 4 decades in various fields including special education, independent management consulting, hospitality management, and now property management.  

His focus at Prestige continues to be on organizational design and dynamics, advancement of corporate culture, individual and team development, and systems improvement.  

KMG Prestige’s mission statement is do the right thing.  Their stated mission, not to be confused with the mission statement, is to become the best, most respected property management company in the industry.  Along with his 3 partners, Jeff assumes a leadership role in moving the needle towards the mission.  Both mission statement and Company mission guide them in their daily decision making and corporate initiatives.
