2023 Family Education Day

Please join Bleeding Disorders of the Heartland for a fun day in the sun! We will have exhibits, and a short educational presentation then will be off to Lost Island Waterpark for an afternoon of fun!

9:00am: Registration/Exhibits
10:00am: Educational Program
11:00am Leave for Lost Island Waterpark

$15.00 Individual members
$40.00 Membership families must be a 2023 member and reside in the same household.
$40.00 Relatives and friends of families (each person)

**Each family MUST be a current 2023 member of BDH to register. Sign up to be a 2023 Member by going to the website. Please note the Additional fee for relatives and friends of members.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bleeding Disorders of the Heartland WILL NOT be covering a hotel room for this event however, we have reserved a room block at a discounted rate.

If you would like to reserve a discounted hotel room you are responsible for making the reservation and for all costs associated with the room. Room rate is $149 plus taxes and fees and the discounted rate will only be available for 30 rooms and until 7/7/23 after that regular rates will apply. This rate is available for 7/21 and 7/22.
