As we move forward in education, we must ensure that we give students the opportunity to be creative, collaborative, and critical thinkers, while also being able to pursue their passions and interests. As leaders in education, it is essential that we collaborate with all stakeholders to create innovative learning environments that are flexible and give all students and staff opportunities to achieve excellence. As leaders, we must role model and help to build a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation. Believing that all stakeholders can possess these same qualities, we want to create an environment where we are all learners and leaders.
