What to Expect:
90 minutes of receiving in order to reprogram our thinking, refuel bodies and realign ourselves with our heart's desire. VERY little thinking or effort involved! Sessions incorporate guided visualizations, guided meditations, inspirational videos, music and readings, healing techniques and interaction with the group.
