Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrants will receive a full refund if cancellation is received before May 15^th.   After that time no refunds will be available, however attendee substitutions are acceptable.

Traveling from out of town? We have reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott at Metro Center. Rooms are available at a rate of $249 per night, and can be booked the 26th, 27th, and/or 28th of June. The cutoff date to register for the discounted rate is Tuesday, May 29. After this date rooms not used will be released back to the hotel.
