Building on the Introductory course, this course is designed to give participants a comprehensive understanding of how Earned Value Management (EVM) is implemented.  You will gain insight into the application of EVM on programs and projects and successfully transfer the new knowledge/skills to your job.

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to apply EVM to:

• Programs and projects
• Develop EVM processes to pre/post investment decision activities
• Organize, plan, perform, analyze, and report at both the program and control account level
• Achieve program objectives: technical, schedule, and cost

*Pre-requisite: It is encouraged participants complete KMSG PM 101 and/or equivalent EVM work exposure prior to attending the class

Each seminar attendee will receive: Full course material, a KMSG Journal, an EVM Gold Card, and a Certificate of completion
