PM 103 EVM - Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) - 14 PDUs July 2011 - Chicago, IL 

The purpose of the IBR is to confirm that the full scope of the project has been accounted for and to provide a baseline that is clear to all stakeholders and to achieve agreement among all of the stakeholders that the project scope is completely accounted for. Course is designed to give participants a basic understanding of the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) process and its relationship to Program Management. Participants will learn the framework to prepare and conduct an IBR.

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to:

• Describe what an IBR is, legacy practices, trends, and requirements
• Describe the purpose of the IBR process and its relationship to program management during project execution
• Describe program and contract level IBRs
• Conduct control account manager interview

*Pre-requisite: It is encouraged participants have a basic understanding of Project Management concepts prior to attending the class

Each seminar attendee will receive: Full course material, a KMSG Journal, an EVM Gold Card, and a Certificate of completion
