FSARN is planning the 2023 Annual Educational Conference, at Walt Disney World, to be held at our NEW LOCATION at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando, 2000 Hotel Plaza Blvd. in Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830, (407-560-6111), adjacent to Disney Springs. We look forward to your participation at our conference and learning information about the services and products you and your company offer. You will have numerous opportunities to network with nurses, therapists and other medical providers from a variety of practice settings throughout the FSARN Conference. We encourage your company to use this venue to advertise new products, product lines, advances and new uses of your products and services. In addition, this is an opportunity to recruit for current open positions within your organization.

• There are several opportunities for our attendees to meet with the vendors, and there will be one (1) contact hour offered to the attendees for visiting with the vendors, entitled “Exploring Community Resources”.
• There will be a Gathering on Thursday evening for the vendors and conference attendees.
• There will be opportunities to network and showcase your company, the product(s) and the services you provide for patients. 
• We also encourage you to bring a door prize for the attendee drawings after Lunch on Friday.

• Only Registered Vendors will be allowed to attend. Any company that sends a representative, without a paid sponsorship will not be able to attend.

 Early Registration deadline February 1, 2023.

 Deadline for all Booths February 10, 2023.

No refunds after February 1, 2023 

 Booths are available on first come , first served basis, and space available.

More than one booth space may be purchased to accommodate larger product display
