Goals for the Leadership Forum: To increase the attendee’s awareness of opportunities to develop their leadership skills, increase engagement of nurses & case managers, and explore self-care & coping strategies to manage stressors and feel refreshed!  Following the leadership forum, the learner will be able to:

1. Compare and contrast Mentoring with eMentoring.
2. Identify the value of eMentoring.
3. Discuss types of eMentoring programs based upon technology used.
4. Examine exemplars of eMentoring programs currently used in nursing.
5. State the roles and functions of leaders in a freestanding IRF.
6. Identify three routes of advocacy.
7. Build confidence in speaking to government leaders.
8. State one current policy initiative.
9. Envision your life as a pilgrimage and begin to create its unique map in your mind's eye.
10. Imagine how this pilgrimage might feel differently or look differently were you to actualize idea(s) or behavior(s) shared.
11. Identify available resources for the rehabilitation patient.
