Trees Florida 2023: Exhibitors 

TREES FLORIDA is the premier annual event hosted by the Florida Chapter ISA.

The Cape Coral Westin Resort offers plenty of exhibit space at this beautiful waterfront venue that is sure to please exhibitors and attendees alike. The resort features views galore along with  multiple swimming pools, including a lagoon pool and a lap pool with marina views. Enjoy various other resort activities including tennis courts, bocce ball courts and more.

The TREES FLORIDA Conference and Trade Show attracts the best commercial and utility arboriculture professionals, government urban foresters, planners, landscape architects, landscape inspectors, nursery growers, landscape contractors, consultants, climbers, volunteer beautification and tree board members—your current and potential customers!  

• You will have the opportunity to meet with Industry professionals attending the conference during Monday and Tuesday at the Opening Reception, breaks and lunches. These are the individuals who can use and recommend your products and services!
• Each exhibitor receives one exhibitor badge which allows for full participation in the educational sessions and tickets for lunch on both Monday and Tuesday.
• Exhibitors can request to be emailed a list of opted-in conference attendees (post-conference)
• Your firm’s name will be included on printed materials distributed at the conference.
• Exhibitors who pay for their space by April 1st will be recognized in the registration announcements sent to more than 4,000 prospective attendees.
• Either indoor or outdoor exhibit spaces are available. Vendors can choose both indoor and outdoor combo registration if you desired to set up in both places.
  
• Pricing remains the same as last year:
  
  • Indoor space or outdoor space $750 for 1 rep (Monday and Tuesday)
    
  • Indoor plus outdoor combo $1250 for 2 reps (Monday and Tuesday)
  • Additional reps are welcome for $320 (Monday and Tuesday)
    
• Indoor exhibit spaces include a 6’ table. Indoor and/or Outdoor exhibit set-up will be Sunday afternoon, June 4th, times to be announced.
