After overcoming her own health problems through healthy lifestyle changes, Melissa founded Friend Your Body with the purpose to ignite the same spark in others to take responsibility of their choices, feel in control of their health, and take better care of themselves by making simple and effective changes in how they eat, move, and manage stress.
As the driving force behind the Friend Your Body movement, Melissa shares her passion and positive energy for health empowerment through her weekly health, fitness and nutrition blog, free monthly webinars and wellness seminars.
