A WOMEN INSPIRING WOMEN EVENT

Self-Care is not about self-indulgence . . .
It is about self-preservation!
- Audrey Lorde

As women we take care of everyone else's needs more than we take care of our own and our life then often feels out of balance and stressful. In fact, focusing on ourselves sometimes feels selfish. It has also been said that "how we treat ourselves is how we invite the world to treat us." This is a luncheon all women need to attend!

A sneak peek at what you will learn:

  • The importance of practicing self-care to better achieve balance between the stresses of work and the on-goings of personal life.
  • Methods of self- care including ways to improve and maintain the health of one's mind and body.
  • Effective tips and strategies to support the management of work and personal life.
  • How to evaluate your own self care practices so you feel confident and empowered!
