“I finally recognized that what I put in my head is much more powerful than what I put in my mouth,” she says.

Overweight her whole life, Tory says, “I had tried and failed at every diet and gimmick, and I assumed it was my fate to be fat forever.”  That is, until a big boss led her to believe that the extra weight was jeopardizing her TV career.  At that moment, Tory decided it was time to change her mind for a better life, which is chronicled in her new book, The Shift, currently a New York Times best seller!

Tory is a married mother of teenage twins, with more than 100,000 fans, friends and followers on social media platforms and has addressed 50,000 people as a keynote speaker at live events in the last year.
