EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

  • Access to New England women who are leaders in their businesses, communities and organizations.
  • 6' covered and skirted table provided along with 2 chairs. If you are bringing your own furniture/display, please advise in advance. A massage table can be substituted for the 6' table.
  • Listing in the event program.
  • To maximize your exposure, exhibitors are encouraged to bring samples, promotional items, brochures and business cards.
  • Exhibitors are asked to provide a small gift for a door prize drawing (i.e., complimentary one-hour consultation, gift certificates or a product from your business). It is not necessary that the product or service be from your business.
  • Exhibitors will be given the opportunity for a 10-second business overview when awarding their door prize. All attendees will be entered into the door prize drawing and exhibitors can draw from that basket! If you are uncomfortable with public speaking, a member of the WIW team will gladly do it for you!
  • You will receive a preprinted name tag identifying your name and business, along with an exhibitor ribbon.
  • Back walls and pipe/drape are not included. You are not allowed to attach anything to the walls or floors.
  • Signage is not provided. If you wish to bring a sign, it must be contained within your assigned area and cannot be a banner that attaches to the wall.
  • Music is not allowed and all audio visual must be contained to the assigned space. There can be no open flames or incense. Performances are not allowed. You cannot sell raffle tickets or chances.
  • Literature, promotional materials, samples, etc. cannot be distributed in public areas, on attendee tables, in restrooms, on car windshields,  or any place other than assigned space.
  • Exhibitors will be in an exhibit hall (referred to as the "Inspiration Exchange"). In order to increase traffic flow, refreshments will be served in the Inspiration Exchange. Additionally, it is our goal to sell out every single seat in the lecture hall. There may be seats at tables with our guests, but if not, there will be seats around the perimeter of the room for you to listen in on the sessions. It is highly recommended, however, that you remain at your table for the entire day. WIW is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • Exhibitor assumes all responsibility and agrees to hold Leslie Sturgeon, Women Inspiring Women and the Radisson Hotel/Center of NH harmless from any loss, liability, costs or damages.
  • You can insert your promotional materials or samples into the attendee gift bags for the rate of $50.00 - all materials need to be provided to WIW no later than October 25th. You need to provide 450 pieces.
  • Space assignments will be made by WIW on a first-come, first-served basis and on space requirements. There will only be one exhibition space per company - for example, there will not be two Lia Sophia exhibits but there may be multiple jewelry businesses represented.
  • One complimentary event ticket is included which does include lunch and refreshments. If you wish to have additional individuals attending the event, tickets can be purchased at the advertised rate of $89.00.
  • Payment in full is expected at the time of reservation either on line or by check or cash in advance. 
  • There is ample parking in the attached parking garage. The fee is $5.00 for the day (with validation - just bring your ticket to the WIW registration desk to be stamped).
  • The Radisson does not provide complimentary electricity and wi-fi service. Electricity is an additional $60.00 and wi-fi is $35.00 You must request these items in advance with WIW so they can make the necessary arrangements with the Radisson.

We are collecting samples, informational pieces, coupons, etc. for our attendee gift bags. The item should be larger than a business card so it doesn't get lost in the bag.  We would need 400 items by November 4th. The fee is $50.00 for exhibitors and $65.00 for non-exhibitors. Exhibitor Set Up - must be completed prior to 8:00!

8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Attendee Registration, Continental Breakfast and Exhibitors

10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.  
Break and Exhibitors (this time may change, but will be 30 minutes in length)


12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Lunch and Exhibitors (this time may change, but will be 1.25 hours in length)
You must be at your table during this time! A WIW team member will give you instructions on where and when to get your lunch as exhibitors will be invited to the buffet first, then conference guests.

2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
Break and Exhibitors (this time may change, but will be 30 minutes in length)

3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Door Prizes and Exhibitor Introductions (time may change)

4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Networking and Exhibitors


5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Take Down - you cannot dismantle or significantly alter your display prior to 5:00! If there are still guests in the exhibition area, it is highly recommended that you remain set up.

**Final details including unloading, parking, set up, etc. will be sent you in advance of the event.
**We may award door prizes throughout the day, but we will tell you prior to the start of the event for planning purposes!
