Join the Florida Commission on the Status of Women and legislative leaders from across Florida for a Women's Summit like no other. This event is one of education and inspiration, providing a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop personal relationships and be inspired to work with like-minded organizations to create a better state for the women and families of Florida.
The FCSW LEAD Summit is the perfect way to get education and networking with your peers and learn about some of today's most relevant leadership topics for women. This annual event is one of education and inspiration, providing a unique opportunity to observe the legislative process in action, Learn from experienced professionals, develop personal relationship and be inspired to work together to create a better state for the women and families of Florida.
March 20-21 will be filled with networking and learning how the real-life legislative process works.
LEAD Summit activities include:
- Dynamic and informative speakers with real-life experience in the legislative process
- Networking opportunities with women and organizations from across Florida
- Evening reception at the Historic Capitol
- FCSW Women's History Celebration Luncheon
- Hosted meetings with lawmakers in small groups (New this year!)
- Behind the scenes tour of the Florida Supreme Court and address by
Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles T. Canady - Guided tours of the Capitol and the opportunity to attend legislative committee meetings and session activities
