The Perfect Apple Pie!

Rosa RETURNS to teach us more about the joys of preserving local food and enjoying a delicious seasonal diet.  This time we'll learn how to create the PERFECT Apple Pie!  Students will have an opportunity to taste several varieties of pies, and choose which two to create.

The class will cover all the basics to pie preparation including apple varieties, crust variations, peeling techniques and baking tips.

Lunch will be provided as well by Rosa including, 'Poor Man's Pasta'.

Students will take home 2 apples pies, ready to bake or freeze for the Holidays.

Students should bring:
