Summer Goalkeeping and Finishing Camp (Advanced)

The Goalkeeping and Finishing Camp is intended for boys and girls in the 11U – 19U age divisions.  The camp has two areas of focus and is designed for the goalkeeping position and any players trying to improve their finishing skills.  Training will be specific to those areas of focus. 

Goalkeepers attending the camp will be instructed in proper technique and body mechanics as well as address the following areas: shot stopping, angle play, handling, and more. 

Players who are trying to improve their finishing abilities will receive instruction in the techniques and mechanics of striking the ball as well as address the following topics:  power, accuracy, positioning in front of the goal, and more.

Release of Waiver & Liability:

I, the parent/guardian of the player registered to participate in Elkhorn Soccer Club, Inc. activities, including indoor and outdoor soccer, acknowledges that participation in Elkhorn Soccer Club, Inc. activities involves the risk of minor and serious injury, including death, and hereby waives and releases any and all claims against Elkhorn Soccer Club, Inc., its volunteers, employees, successors, members, directors, officers, coaches, and agents (“the Releases”) from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage on account of the player's participation in Elkhorn Soccer Club, Inc. activities, including, but not limited to, injury or death to the player or injury to the player’s property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise and parent/guardian further agrees to release and hold harmless, the Releases resulting from poor playing fields and going to and from such activities. I further acknowledge that the coaches, referees, their assistants and anyone who prepares any playing field shall not be liable for the injury or death of the player in Elkhorn Soccer Club, Inc. activities that result from the negligence, or otherwise, of any such individuals. The undersigned further agrees to (a) maintain reasonable accident and liability insurance while the player is participating in Elkhorn Soccer Club, Inc. activities, and (b) hold harmless the Releases from all liability, loss or damage resulting from failure to maintain such insurance.

Photo Release:

I, the parent/guardian of the player being registered, am specifically granting my permission (both during the season and any time after) for the Elkhorn Soccer Club to use said player’s likeness, name, voice and words in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media, and in any form, for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities of Elkhorn Soccer Club and/or fund to support this program.
