A.D.O. Winter Programming 

Elkhorn Soccer Club's Winter programming begins the weekend of January 7, 2017!

We are offering a variety of programs for A.D.O. players this winter: You can choose just one or up to all three. We're offering special pricing for players who register for both the Winter Skills School and Futsal League.

• Winter Skills School ($125)
• Winter Futsal League* ($75)
• Goalkeeping and Finishing Academy ($125)

There will be a $35 late fee applied to all registrations submitted after Dec 15, 2016 at 11:59pm.

Futsal registration is closed as of December 15th, 2016. We are at capacity for the league and cannot accept additional registrants.

Special promotion: Save $20 if you sign up for the Skills School and Futsal League!

*There will be no futsal games the weekend of January 28-29th.

Winter Skills School is on Saturdays at Elite Sports and Fitness at the following times:

- 9:00-10:00    5/6  ('12/'11)

- 10:15-11:15    7/8 ('10/'09)

- 11:30-12:45    9/10 ('08/'07)

- 1:00-2:15    11/12 ('06-'05)

- 2:30-4:00    GK & FINISHING (11-19)

Release of Waiver and Liability:
The undersigned parent/guardian of the below named player, intending to give up the right to recover damages that the undersigned or the player might incur on account of the player’s participation in the Elkhorn Soccer Club (ESC) activities, hereby (a) acknowledges that participation involves the risk of serious injury, including injury caused by poor playing fields or equipment, and (b) agrees to release and hold harmless the ESC, its successors, members, board members, officers, coaches, agents, (the Releasees) from all liability, loss or damage on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the player, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, resulting from player’s participation in ESC activities, including going to and from such activities.  The undersigned further acknowledges that the coaches, referees, their assistants or anyone who prepares any playing field shall not be liable for the injury or death of any participants in ESC activities that result from negligence of any of the above named individuals.  The undersigned further agrees to (a) maintain reasonable accident and liability insurance while the player is participating in ESC activities, and (b) hold harmless the Releasees from all liability, loss or damage resulting from failure to maintain such insurance.

Photo Release:
I, the parent/guardian of the player being registered, am specifically granting my permission (both during the season and any time after) for the Elkhorn Soccer Club to use said player’s likeness, name, voice and words in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media, and in any form, for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities of Elkhorn Soccer Club and/or fund to support this program.
