Queen of Angels Practice Club

Students who are currently enrolled in private instrument lessons can sign up for weekly supervised practice. Practice sessions will be overseen by Queen of Angels Music instructor, Miriam Johnson. The goal of this program is to help students learn to work independently and establish good practice habits.

Children are expected to come prepared with their own music to work on. They will be expected to practice independently and be respectful of other children who are practicing independently. 

Sessions will be on Wednesdays from 3-4 pm three times per month. A maximum of 8 students will be allowed per session. Practice Club will not be held on early dismissal Wednesdays. At the end of their school day, students will gather where Ms. Johnson will escort students to the piano lab. Parents can pick up children at the end of practice club or Ms. Johnson will escort them back to the extended care program. 

Due to the nature of group classes, make up lessons cannot be offered for missed sessions. Practice Club will be charged in 3 month sessions and should be paid in advance.  The cost is $10 per session. Sessions run:

Winter/Spring: January 8th - May 27th

 Practice club will not meet on the following Wednesdays: 2/12, 3/11, 4/1, 5/6 due to early dismissal.

There is the option to begin Practice Club on April 8th if you cannot commit to the entire semester.  If you need a different start date please contact: Manager@MusicalChairsStudio.com

Funds generated by the Practice Club will be distributed directly to Queen of Angels for advancement of their music program.
