During the webinar, she'll help you set up your home office, discuss common injuries that come from poor desk and chair setups and run you through an exercise routine to help with aches and pains you may get during the day. The exercises and stretches covered will not require any equipment! Let's learn how to take care of ourselves in this new normal!

 

Ashley Rozek, PT, DPT, CSCS is Clinical Director of, and Physical Therapist at, SPEAR Physical Therapy. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech. Her clinical experience includes orthopedics, sports rehabilitation and neuro-rehabilitation. Ashley is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an active member of the APTA. Since joining the SPEAR team, Ashley has gotten more involved with patients with pelvic and low back pain and has recently started teaching Pelvicore classes. Ashley is passionate about working with and helping her patients get back to doing what they love. Her goal is to help her patients find their own strength, mobility, and confidence through physical therapy.
