This is an online event.
Brian Gibbard was a lawyer for 36 years and has been a mediator for the past twenty years. He has conducted approximately 2,500 mediations, most involving at least one insurer.
Nick de Domenico
In Nick de Domenico's lifetime of working in the world of personal injury litigation, he has learned that while money is usually the medium through which such matters are resolved, the method by which a specific dollar amount is arrived at is as important. On a human level, it can often make the difference between compensation and healing. On a business level, it can often make the difference between the adoption of a well-regarded agreement and forced resignation to a poorly-regarded agreement.
Are you interested in mediating insurance or personal injury disputes? Are you considering insurance mediation but aren’t clear on how it differs from other forms of civil mediation?
Demand for insurance mediators is strong. However, understanding the unique qualities of insurance mediation is vital to practicing in this field. Join Brian Gibbard and Nick de Domenico for a webinar on what you need to know about this busy field of mediation.
