Hi Mustang Fans!

Welcome to Memorial High School! We want to let you know about the MHS Booster Club and how it will enhance your student’s high school experience as well as encourage them to get involved and participate in the various sports and organizations that Memorial has to offer.

What is the MHS Booster Club? The Booster Club is a non-profit organization made up of parents that support all extracurricular activities at the high school, from football to lacrosse, from orchestra to debate, and from theatre to photography. Each student at the high school is impacted by these extracurricular activities, either because they personally participate in them, or because they enjoy the resulting game, concert or publication. Therefore, the MHS Booster Club is a club in which all parents should become members and get involved! Our philosophy is that academics, fine arts and athletics are the three cornerstones of a Memorial High School education. For our students to enjoy a balanced life, each of these areas needs to be exceptional and available to all. The Booster Club believes in supporting these three areas with our time, energy and financial resources.

Activities:

• Will Taylor Relays (High School District Track Meet)
• The Mustang Classic, the annual golf tournament
• Meet the Coaches
• Football, Red & White Game
• Meet the Mustangs
• Mustang Road House, which is our major annual fundraiser
• School pep rallies including a time-honored tradition, the annual nighttime          pep rally and dinner. You can see the senior football mom’s dance and watch the  football dad’s cheer. It’s a fun night for the whole family.
• Kick Off Dinners for each sport
• Sports Banquets
• Collegiate Signing Day Reception(s)
• Supplemental financial support to coaches and teachers who present annual budget  requests to the Executive Board.
• Financial support for improvement of the campus when district funds are not available.

The MHS Booster Club is committed to providing leadership and funding for all extra-curricular activities that promote spirit and improve the education and high school experience for our students. Come join us at one or all of these activities and support your Memorial Mustangs!

Who does the MHS Booster Club Support?

Sports: Football, Lacrosse-Girls & Boys, Soccer-Girls & Boys, Track-Girls & Boys, Basketball-Girls & Boys, Cross Country-Girls & Boys, Volleyball, Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Baseball, Softball, Tennis-Girls & Boys, Golf-Girls & Boys, Rugby, Mustang Sweethearts, Cheerleaders-Varsity & JV, The Wranglers.

We support various extracurricular activities such as: Band, Orchestra, Photography, Newspaper/Journalism, Debate, Theatre, Choir, Fine Arts, and many other organizations/clubs/departments that MHS offers.
