Improve provider delivered care management billing
Participants will better understand general billing and documentation guidelines for the BCBSM PDCM codes; specific requirements of 12 BCBSM PDCM codes; patient eligibility for PDCM benefit in the Blue Cross Commercial and Medicare Advantage populations. Billers, care managers, office managers and physicians are encouraged to attend.
