In addition, you see the results of a recent study commissioned by the Funeral and Memorial Information Council (FAMIC) which targeted families who have already arranged or plan to arrange for a “non-traditional” funeral, provides a unique perspective into the mindset of yet another consumer segment you are trying to serve.
A roundtable discussion will follow the presentations to stimulate ideas on how we might educate and encourage our customers make more informed decisions about how they wish to remember and honor the lives of their loved ones through meaningful memorialization.
