Fraud is Rampant: Six Key Principles for Security

Fraud is increasingly prevalent AND costly. It seems every week we are hearing about data breaches and multi-million dollar thefts.

Why catch up when you can, and need, to get ahead?

Everyone talks about security frameworks. However, few discuss the key security principles required to support those frameworks. These principles are comprehensive - they don't focus on one aspect of IT, accounting, or treasury. Security principles help the user look at crime, fraud, and control in a tactical manner which ultimately leads to a more versatile staff and improved security.

This session covers six of these key principles and provides real-world examples that emphasize immediate usefulness to your organization.

1.2 CTP and FP&A re-certification credits will be given for this webinar.

Economic globalization and technological advances allow today’s organizations to conduct business with clients and partners across the world in near real-time. The pace of global web of connections continues to increase and places a strain on legacy connections for information and value exchange. All payment activities must be done in a secure fashion and in compliance with the various sanctions that exist worldwide. As if that wasn’t enough payment formats and rules are changing to support new technologies and faster payment initiatives. This greatly increase the effort required to stay current and keep all of the underlying payment systems updated. These requirements has been the catalyst to form the treasury aggregation industry.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the information needed to access the webinar room. We also aim to send a reminder email the day of the webinar with the access information, however this is not always possible.

Registering for this event will add you to Strategic Treasurer's mailing list. You will be able to see your information and mailing lists upon request.
