New Compliance Standards: SWIFT Security Controls

With recent instances of hacking, controls and compliance requirements are multiplying.

Most recently, SWIFT announced a set of core security standards and an assurance framework for its customers, including those that connect only through service bureaus. These standards are manadatory and all customers will be required to demonstrate compliance annually via a self-attestation against 16 mandatory controls beginning July 2017.
