BSIA 2019 Neighborhood Yard Sale

Important information about the BSIA yard sale!!

This is a BSIA Social Committee sponsored event provided free of charge to BSIA members.

What does BSIA do?

BSIA will pay for a yard sale ad in the Charlotte Sun. (If desired, you may also advertise on your own.)

BSIA will post the sale in Nextdoor online site.

BSIA will create an area map, of all participating addresses, for distribution.

What do you need to do? There are two steps, please make sure to complete the registration information in both steps!!

If you would like to participate, and have your address included on the map, you will need to complete the following two steps by February 10:

1. Complete the no-charge Garage/Estate/Yard Sale Permit with the City of Punta Gorda. After you have completed and submitted this form, the City of Punta Gorda will email you a permit. (The permit should be printed out for the day of the yard sale.) After submitting the form to the City come back to this page and complete the next step.

2. Click the Register Now! button at the bottom of this page and complete the BSIA registration information and submit. BSIA will use this information to communicate with you about the yard sale and add your address to the map of participating homes.
