 CEU Presentation “Full Steam Ahead in the American Kitchen” Presented by Janne Mahan, a National Product Specialist for BSH and is a seasoned culinary professional.  During this presentation, Janne will identify the benefits of steam cooking, discuss the design and cooking options available in steam appliances, compare the features of various steam appliances available and describe accessories and special applications of steam assisted food preparation.  .1NKBA CEU
