Make Up Test - Twin Valley Middle School 

This is the Intermediate Make Up Test.  The test will be held Sat June 4, 2016 at the Twin Valley Middle School.  This test is only for referees who did not pass the Referee Refresher Test at an Intermediate Clinic. You must PRINT OUT and bring the entry ticket and #2 pencil. 

The test will start promptly at 9:00AM, arrive by 8:45 AM. You will have a maximum of 1 hour to complete the test.
