Come Learn How to Help Create an Election We Can Trust
You are invited to come to a fascinating evening at Sunrise Center exploring strategies to enhance trustworthy elections in our country with an amazing cast of election integrity experts who have been actively involved in this area since 2003 and 2004. Each person will present briefly and will then be available for questions and answers. This is a one time event! Come if at all possible and learn how you can help create elections you can trust!
Our presenters for the evening:
Bob Fitrakis, PhD, JD, of TrustVote.org and the FreePress.org will share about the current lawsuit against Edison Media Research and the transparency we can look forward to in our elections if his lawsuit is successful. Bob is from Ohio, which is a swing state as usual this year.
John Brakey and Bill Risner from Audit-AZ (Arizona) will present on ballot images that are captured all over the United States and how auditing our elections could become much easier if we can successfully prevent registrars from destroying them all over the country as they appear to be doing now. Audit-AZ has been dealing with election theft for a long time. Arizona is a swing state this year.
Paul Thomas of Election Justice USA will present on the detailed statistical study his organization helped support that showed in great detail how Bernie Sanders should have been the Democratic candidate for the presidency. He will also talk about the some mishandled primary elections in the East Coast. Additionally, he will talk about the great value of elections that are based on hand-counted paper ballots.
Ralph Lopez of Election Justice Massachusetts will talk about the lawsuit he is spearheading that demands recounting by hand paper ballots cast in the 2016 primary in three college town areas that heavily pro-Bernie and then switched to Hillary at the very last moment. The registrars in these towns are all resisting hand counting these ballots.
Lori Grace will be the facilitator of the event. She has been involved in election integrity issues since 2003 and is the current director of TrustVote.org.
Jonathan Simon may join us. He is a both a statistician and an attorney and is the author of Code Red, a book on stealing elections in the US.
We may be joined by others experts as well, but this is the list we have now.
