2014 IDOC University Regional Conference: New York

Fully Refundable Registration for up to 2 Staff per Practice. Additional Staff will be Refunded at 50%.

*Registration will be fully refundable for IDOC Members, two staff members and first-time non-member OD attendees that register AND attend the Conference. Registration refunds will be sent within 2 weeks following the Conference. Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made by 9/1/14. Any cancellation made after 9/1/14 will not receive a registration fee refund.
