Representatives from environmental education programs such as zoos, parks, museums, institutions of higher education, and nature centers meet in Austin for updated information that is designed to help their staff members work more effectively with schools throughout the state.

January 12, Friday; 9:00-4:00; AIR (formerly SEDL), 4700 Mueller Blvd - Presenters from the Texas Education Agency will bring you the latest information on changes to the statewide standards, assessments, and programs. Lunch is included.
PRE-MEETING Networking and Collaboration:
January 11, Thursday; 5:30-7:00 PM; Scholz Garten - Meet the presenters and other attendees in an informal setting. This is an opportunity to collaborate with similar and complementary organizations and programs from across the state by making the personal connections.
FIELD DAY:
January 13, Saturday; 9:00-12:00: Hornsby Bend Center for Environmental Research- Field Day presented by TAEE and the Ciy of Austin's Center for Environmental Research - Apply Friday's concepts in a real-world setting and take a guided tour for some fantastic birding.
