Supervising Case Managers

In many ways, a supervisor of case managers must be a “super case manager,” modeling, demonstrating, and training staff in the broad range of skills required of the staff members. This four-module training program is designed to cover the content of the Homeless Services Case Manager training at a high level, while addressing the role of the supervisor to reinforce effective practices and to coach and counsel to improve or reward performance. The class meets once per month.
