training series for any manager who wants to develop the qualities necessary to
grow as a leader. Throughout the six sessions, you’ll build the knowledge and skills
you need to be an effective manager. Management Connext™ is also a unique opportunity
to develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence. The small group
setting is designed to provide you with an instant network of peers for cooperative
learning, and a place to share insights, challenges and best practices.
