The Role of the Supervisor (AM)
Supervisors/managers are responsible for following company policy and procedures, and helping maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. What do supervisors need to know to cover these requirements, and how can they become a better supervisor?
This program will cover the essentials of major employment laws, interviewing, onboarding, communicating expectations to employees, coaching and managing performance, injury and illness management, and documenting employee issues. Sample forms and resources will be provided.

Effectively Managing Employee Discipline (PM)
Discipline is really all about helping employees understand where the guardrails are when it comes to their performance and their behavior in the work environment. Leaders, managers, and supervisors who are consistent, provide immediate and constructive feedback, and follow a solid discipline process can more quickly steer poor performance back on course and encourage productive work habits that support your business needs.
This program will help supervisors and managers effectively manage their thoughts and processes when employee performance appears to be off-track.
