Ethics in the Workplace (AM)

This program explores the complexities of ethical decision-making in today's world, where leaders are often confronted with enormous pressure by multiple stakeholders to deliver results. Legal, ethical, social issues, and cultural challenges are simply part of the business landscape, and how leaders react to these factors is often influenced by the culture of their companies.

This course uses several case studies to engage dialogue about ethical viewpoints and principles.

Building Emotional Intelligence (PM)

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is an individual's capacity to recognize and understand his or her own emotions. This knowledge, paired with an accurate assessment of others' emotions, offers us data to guide critical thinking skills that enable better responses. EI is our ability to adapt positively to different environments and situations.

This program explores healthy thinking and inquiry processes, empowering participants to communicate more effectively and respond to events for best results.

Cost to attend is $125 per session or $200 for both sessions! If you register more than one person from your organization each additional attendee is only $100 a session.
