How can public-sector HR balance internal and external challenges, such as competition, merit, equity, and other issues? Join IPMA-HR Wisconsin Chapter on Wednesday, March 13. Our guest presenter is Michael R. Ford, Ph.D., assistant professor with the Department of Public Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Dr. Ford will present and lead a discussion on recent research regarding management reforms, including compensation reforms, in a post Act-10 environment.
