Collaboration vs Collective Impact with Sharon Danosky 

As non-profits face a changing landscape there are many uncertainties.  One alternative is to come together to achieve greater collective impact around pressing community issues. Collective Impact has the potential to explore problems and solutions on a much deeper level, to effectuate systems change and address community and societal problems.  It is not easy and can often seem quite complicated.  Learn the reason for pursuing a collective solution to achieving impact, how to assess a specific problem, design outcomes you want to achieve and identify the potential partners who have a stake in the problem.
