PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE RALLY.

RALLY FEES generally include food, dining hall rental, decorations and game prizes. The fee is divided among the rigs. It is paid on the second morning of the rally with cash or check.  The rally fee is assessed after the treasurer has received all the rally expenses from the hosts.

CAMPSITES:  We have 30 spots reserved through the Club that will be part of the rally fee.  Sites will be assigned by Frank based on the date Bruce receives your check and your registration time with Constant Contact.

CLUB REGISTRATION: Register with the Club by completing the form.   Mail your check for the campsite to the address on the Registration form payable to Texas Highland Lakes Airstream Club [THLAC].

CANCELLATIONS:  Contact Frank Steed, if your plans change.

• PET POLICY:  

• Pets must be on leash, in a car, or in a crate at all times. The leash can be no longer than 6 feet.
• You must be with your pet at all times. You may not leave your pet unattended in the park, in a vehicle, or at your campsite.
• Pets are not allowed in any park buildings. This includes cabins, screened shelters, group facilities and restrooms.
• You must pick up your pet’s waste and put it in the trash.
• Pets are not allowed in the water or on the land around a designated swim area.
• Your pet must have a current rabies vaccination, and you must have proof with you.
