Sites available to reserve are 1-17, 19, 20, 21, 22-37.

 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE RALLY.

CLUB REGISTRATION: Register with the Club by completing the form. You will need your campsite # when you register with the club. [If you are staying in a cabin or off-site, you still need to register with the Club.]. Be sure to click on REGISTER at the bottom of the page.
The club pays the rally fees for this event for members and affiliates.

CLUB CANCELLATION: Please notify the Incoming President,  Frank Steed or the Lead Hosts, Keith and Barbara Roberts.

IMPORTANT CAMPSITE FEES are paid by each rig to the park.  The club is unable to reimburse you for any loss of campsite fees.

BRACKENRIDGE PARK CAMPGROUND CANCELATION POLICY: Changes to your arrival date may cause a loss of your deposit and an additional fee. Your  deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is not made within 72 hours before arrival.

It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation with the park.  Canceling with the President or Lead Hosts does not cancel your campground site.  You must call the park.

 PET POLICY: Pets are to be secured by a six (6’) leash or confined. Pets, except for service dogs, may not be left unattended or allowed in the building. Aggressive pet breeds such as Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, or any mix of these breeds will not be permitted in any part of the park.

 TEXAS TWO STEP REGISTRATION PR OCESS:

 STEP1:  Make your reservation with the campground.  

 Call 361-782-5456 to reserve your site, receive the reduced group rate and be parked in our reserved area.  Let them know you are with the Texas Highland Lake Airstream Club.   You will be asked to make a deposit for the first night with the remainder due upon arrival.  

 If you wish to arrive early before the rally officially begins or stay after, please make those arrangements when you make your initial reservation.

 Record your site # for registering with the club.

STEP 2:After receiving your reserved site number, register below for the rally with the club.  

After clicking on the REGISTER BUTTON, you should receive within 5-15 minutes a Email Confirmation. Please review and save. If you do not receive this, you need to contact Debbie, 972-422-5133 for troubleshooting. If you need to change any of the information, you can email me the changes at dst.thlac@gmail.com
