The Building a Better Business Series is designed to give new business owners the basic knowledge necessary to make their ideas successful.
Personal Readiness - An exploration of personal readiness for owning a business
Polishing your idea - An Introductory course on business feasibility
Know Your Customers - An Introduction to marketing and sales
Communicating with Customers - An introduction to marketing strategies, budgets, and sales
Nuts and Bolts – An introduction to business management, logistics, and finance
Follow Your Money – An introduction to cash flow plus profit and loss basics
Price for Series: $150 (Offered at no cost to individuals who income qualify - call West Company at 467-5913 for more information.)
Price for Individual Sessions: $75 each or $50 if you sign up for more than one session.
