Profit Mastery teaches business owners how to increase their profit margins and improve their cash flow through critical financial management skills and tools. Profit Mastery combines humor with real-world experience to give business owners a deeper understanding
of how they can use their financial statements to analyze and improve the efficiency of their business. This 16-hour course uses hands-on case studies, activities, videos, and presentations to explain business concepts so that they are easy to understand and implement. Designed by Steve LeFever and facilitated by West Company, the Profit Mastery program provides tools for business success!
