      Most self-employed people begin with great enthusiasm, but at some point they can find themselves unable to move forward on new ideas, or to stay focused on essential goals. At a deep level there may be a lack of confidence, and often a fear of “not being good enough.” This prevents people from reaching out to available support and guidance, even when offered at no cost.

In two, three-hour sessions, Alena Guest, CHt and Cynthia Wall, LCSW will use a variety of presentation styles along with subconscious techniques to help identify roadblocks and seek strategies to move beyond old limitations and fears.
