Designed for existing business owners or graduates of the Building a Better Business series, this two-part class covers the basic and most essential information for running a business:
Understanding Profit and Loss
Cash Flow Cycle Management
Reading and Understanding Financial Statements
Bookkeeping Basics
Making Financial Decisions
The first half of the class will focus on the financial concepts and the second will focus on record and bookkeeping. Participants must attend both sessions.
