Fairy Festival
Oh, what fun we have at the Fairy Festival! This is one of our most popular events, with a Fairy Fun Run and Fairy/Gnome House Competition for each age group. This year we will add some wonderful local artisans and vendors who will add to the fairy fun! Please help us support them by stopping by to see their amazing talents!
Fairy and Gnome House Competition:
*Children make a house for the fairies or gnomes to live in! Houses can be made ahead of time and either dropped off the night before (Friday) or brought on the day of the festival.
*Materials added can be collected from nature, in your backyard or even handmade.
*Age groups: 3-5year olds, 6-8 year olds, 8-13 year olds.
*Prizes awarded!
Fairy Fun Run:
*$10 Ticket include entry to the Fun Run, which takes you through the well marked trails in the forest and a 2022 Headband!
*Please wear appropriate footwear if you plan to participate in the Fun Run. Sneakers or running shoes are suitable.
*Age groups: younger kids start first, each with a time going out and a time at the finish line.
*Please keep in mind this is for a ton of fun and we do our best to keep times, but it is not a strict timed run. Kids have fun being able to complete the run and it's to encourage them. Thank you for helping to keep this fun for all involved.
