• This session will provide a brief history of building codes.
• Beginning with the first known written building code enacted by King Hammurabi in Babylon in 1758 B.C. and leading up to the establishment of the International Code Council in 1994 and the publication of the 1st Edition of the International Residential Code (IRC).
• Triennial changes in the IRC from the 2000 edition up to the current 2015 edition will be explored. 

Session 4 – 11AM-12PM - ASHI Standards - To Exceed or not to Exceed…that is the???  Presented by Hans Peters, ACI with Harry Rosenthal ("Referee"), Jim Carney ("Homeowner"), Stephen Gindhart ("Realtor"), Gary Kershaw ("Boxer1") & Steve Fiorelli ("Boxer2")
