AHFA 2017 HOME/Housing Credit Application Workshop

 Build your HOME and Housing Credit program expertise at a free multifamily housing seminar sponsored by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority.

This workshop is specifically designed for potential applicants.

Due to limited seating, reservations will be restricted to no more than two attendees per company.

The final day for registration is January 20, 2017.  

Discussion topics will focus on those related to applying for 2017 HOME funds and/or Housing Credits:

• Legislative Update
• AHFA HOME and Housing Credit Program Overview of Significant Changes for 2017
• Undewriting Update
• DMS Online Application Demonstration

While attending this seminar is not mandatory, those who participate will receive additional points on each application they submit during the 2017 HOME and Housing Credit program funding cycle. You will receive a certificate of attendance via email to enclose with your applications.
